About

Gerald Low is a Singaporean architectural graduate at BKK Architects based in Melbourne. With 3 years of practice experience, he brings a thoughtful and research-driven approach to design, one that explores how history, context, and reuse can shape meaningful contemporary spaces. At BKK, Gerald is an active member of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group, helping to embed the principles of reconciliation and cultural respect into the practice’s projects and processes. His recent work includes projects such as Démontage, which reflect his interest in adaptive reuse and experimental methodologies. Gerald completed his Master of Architecture at the University of Melbourne in 2024, where he was recognised on the Dean’s List in 2019.
