Upper Serangoon View Renovation

Upper Serangoon View Renovation project is a renovation of a condominium apartment in Singapore, located along Serangoon River, next to Punggol Park.

 

The original living room and kitchen felt constrained and inward-focused. This presented the clients with a challenge: to envision a home that felt more open, functional, and engaging. The design response embraced a collaborative exploration, guided by rendered visualisations, to demonstrate the possibilities of a more deliberate and thoughtful approach to space-making.​​
